By crossing the long established and superior genetics of both the legendary Alaskan Thunder with the stable and high yielding Dr. Chronic, Chronic Thunder was born. This wonderful blend of genetics creates a high yielding, short flowering Indica dominant hybrid that grows up to 100cm tall indoors. The flowering time is only 8.5 weeks which will have heavy side branches that need support in their final flowering stage. Chronic Thunder produces a relaxing, satisfied high with a unique dried cinnamon fragrance and delicious flavour.

Chronic Thunder takes its name from its two parent strains Alaskan Thunder and Dr. Chronic. The result is a stabilised, indica-dominant strain producing high yields.
Chronic Thunder grows well both indoors and outdoors; indoor-grown plants will produce very good yields of 600 gr/m2 in 8 – 9 weeks of flowering. Outdoors harvest will be by the end of September in northern latitudes. Plants remain quite short at one meter tall or just under. Side branches develop heavy buds and for this reason they will require some form of support if the risk of snapping branches is to be averted.
The aroma and flavour of Chronic Thunder is rather unusual as it is just like that of dried cinnamon spice. The effect is of a relaxing, deeply satisfying high that engenders a general feeling of well-being.
